Returns & Refunds

As every product is custom-made to your specifications, all sales are considered final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for correctly manufactured orders.

If your order contains a confirmed manufacturing or printing defect caused by Boxbee UK, we will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a free replacement or reprint at no additional cost.

To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the product along with your order number.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for:

  • Errors in customer-supplied artwork or text.
  • Design, spelling, or colour issues approved during the proofing stage.
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or external circumstances beyond our control.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and our team will always work with you to resolve any genuine manufacturing issues quickly and fairly.
